Eng/Mandaring playgroup in Taikoo?

Is there any Moms here interested in setting up a moms/kids playgroup in English and/or Mandarin for kids to play (top priority) and Moms to socialize? I can speak both English and Mandarin. I would also be interested if a group of parents are willing to share a hire of a Mandarin speaker to teach kids say once a week for exposure to Mandarin.

I have an almost 3 year old boy and a 5 month old girl. I am very keen for (esp my older boy) to get to know more kids to play with.

There is currently a unit right atop me doing renovation so it would be too noisy for me to offer to host any gatherings. But I would not mind hosting say a christmas or new year party for kids.

Pls let me know if any one is interested.
