my friend lives there and has found it very difficult to find english speaking playgroups, she travels into Central once a week and there is a mum and toddler class at the USRC -which is a club in Kowloon, not much else though. although I know there is a Tutor time in hung Hom - not much help sorry

you could always take a bus to Db... .there are dozens of playgroups there...

There are quite a few expats living at the Caribbean Coast who have 2 yr old age kiddies. They get together for playgroups and they also go to Discovery Bay as Cara suggested. Your friend might want to get in touch with the expat group there - if you can give me an email for your friend I will pass it along for you. They'll probably get going with playgroup again starting Sept so pretty soon (summer holidays are over now!)

My baby is only 4 months at the moment. I was planning to get him into a playgroup fairly soon. Even if it's just once a week. Would also consider going over to DB. Do playgroups start that early?
