Central Playgroup Wanted For 9mo

Little Jack loves being around other kids his age (9 months), but I've not been able to get him into any playgroups (the waitlist at many places in Central are very long).

Does anyone know of a playgroup with openings in the next couple weeks. I'd prefer something close to Central.

Otherwise, are there any informal groups in midlevels that could accommodate a father and son?

woodlands in Caine Rd run Wrigglers classes which are great fun and really good for little ones, he prob won't be able to start for another 2 months but you might want to visit and get your name down for Jan. as it is pretty popular

Which playgroup in central you mentioned that have long waiting list ?

You could try Gymboree in Central. They have program for children from 6 months old.

Thanks, I will try Gymboree, I'm also going to try Panda Junction in the Lippo Centre.

The playgroup I mentioned is "My Gym" in the Centrium. It is heavily subscribed for the "Tiny Tykes" but hopefully will have more room for Jack in the toddler groups that start after Christmas.

Thanks for all the responses. Just wanted to let everyone know that I've organized a dads & kids playgroup called ZooGroup that will be meeting Friday afternoons, from 3:30 to 5pm at the Botanical & Zoological Gardens.

The Rumpus Rooms is opening from tomorrow and runs 3x 90 min sessions every day. No long term committments its totally flexible and fun.
