Kindergarten for My toddler

Hi I just arrived in Hk after a 6-month hiatus and my 2 year 8 month old son is BORED. Please advise on a good kindergarten that will help him develop his social skills as well as teach him routine and discipline. I live in Central but wouldn't mind sending him to farther areas as long as there's a school bus. My budget for now is 40-55k a year for a 5 day week with half-day sessions. The other International Schools charge an arm and a leg for teaching someone so young. I think there might be a few good ones out there, maybe 4 or 5, whose fees are reasonable. I want the medium of instruction to be English, but with emphasis on Manadarin too. Please advise. Appreciate it!

the popular choices are Woodlands, Starters, Sunshine House etc. best bet is to visit any in your area and then decide on which one best meets your needs. Most pre-schools here have schoolbuses, and fees range from $3000 -$5000 a month over 10months of the year.
