Baby sitting

Hi,
I was wondering whether some mums out there could give me some advice.
I am a 16-yr-old girl, living in the repulse bay/stanley area. I want to make some extra cash, but i'm not quite sure how to go about that, here in hong kong. I used to baby-sit for friend's kids when i lived in switzerland (3 yrs ago)
Is there a possiblity of me baby-sitting getting babysitting jobs here? Is there a need for teenage babysitters when everyone has maids?
What are your thoughts?

Hi KT yes I think you would definately get work. I dont have a helper and I use a 17yr old babysitter when my hubby and I want to have an evening out. My babysitter tells me she also gets work when family helpers have a day off or on holiday. Just advertise like Ed said. GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for that, i'll see if i can find some families who need a baby-sitter.
I can't post an ad (as i cant pay for it online) so if anyone needs a 16-yr-old girl baby sitter on the southside.. I love kids and can speak english, danish, german. You can message me for my phone number or if you have any other questions!

Would you mind giving your contact info? I have a Swiss friend who does not have a maid and would be interested in babysitting, especially as it seems you can carry on with the languages her son (2 yrs) knows.
