21 months boy in Hunghom Area

Hi,
My son just turned 21 months. I was wondering if there are any parents with children at similar age in the area who would like to get together? I really want him to know some new friends as he is the only kid in the house, but I found most of the playgroups are usually in HK Island or Sai Kung.
