Flat Share

I am looking for a flat share in Central/Mid Levels/Sheung Wan or Admiralty starting July 18th for a month or perhaps 2.
My budget is $5000 and I am very quiet, reserved, very neat and clean, educated. Caucasian female 50's.
Ideally a place not too old or with a mold problem.
I have no idea where to keep looking. Nothing much comes up in advertising here.

Many of those ads are old old old. People don't remove them most often.

They auto-delete after either two weeks or one month (cant recall)
