The Arch apartments- Kowloon

We just moved to HK and are busy looking for the apartment. We quite like them in The Arch and would like to hear any useful information how it is to live there,especially from people living in the place.

Fantastic views, high prices, great clubhouse, high quality standards... one of the best in Kowloon.

That whole West Kowloon area is improving with ICC, Ritz hotel, W Hotel and serviced apartments opening up within the 'Union Square' development.

However, bad points includes TOOO much light come come in during the afternoon as sun from the west shines directly onto the building. Not near many shops etc YET. Alot of construction going on nearby.

Agree with Mark. =But Would not pay those prices to buy though, a decent size flat is 20 Mil + in that place, many of these buildings are good for renters to try out first coz the yields are low. So not sure how they can maintain their value, any investment is only worth its yield and I can't see the rents they get covering their mortgages.

Thank you very much for your comments. May be there is anyone living in one of the Arch appartments? Would be nice to meet if finally we decide to live there.

I have a client who lives there and its conveniant for him to get to and from work as he works in TST, but he doesnt use the facilities as he is at work all day and luckily the rent that he pays is very VERY low...around 10K for the smallest unit available i think...
