3BR+maid room for rent at under 15k

Hi. I am relocating to HK with my wife and 3 year old daughter in August. Am looking to rent a 3 bedroom apartment with a maid room and toliet. Would prefer to keep the rent within HKD15k. What are the good choices other than Tung Chung? Criteria is
- 3 BR with maid room
- Withing 30-45 minutes commute to Central
- Preferably with facilities
- Access to wet market and super market.

For your criteria, you really left with no choice other than Gold Coast.

For $13.5K you should be able to get a 935 sq.ft. apt. with 3 bdrm but with no maid rm. If you would like to have a maid rm. it will cost you $18K for a 1138sq.ft. 3bdrm + 1 maid rm. apt. Both apts have very nice marina seaview. Gold Coast is a low density development with a lot of open space and greenery.It also has a Club House with full facilities incl. gym and a huge swimming pool. Also a shopping mall within the development with lots of restaurants and a supermarket. It sounds like what you are looking for other than Tung Chung.

Tung Chung is not perfect but if you want to keep rent costs down it has everything you need for 15K and less.

From what I remember, only Tung Chung Crescent and the largest ones in Coastal Skyline maid's quarters. Caribbean Coast has a "store room".

In Seaview Crescent, B and G units have a maid's room with a T&B "ensuite"
