If someone is a licensed property agent can they operate a property agency (one person show)? Or do they need a separate license to operate an agency?

Hi Ed,

They can be a one-person show, a sole proprietorship, but the business still has to have a separate EA license.

It has to a E-class licence, not S-class to qualify a sole properetorship.

That's what I meant Patrick, an Estate Agent's licence.

Ed, let me know if you have any questions, I've never found the EA website to be particularly helpful.
