Who do you recommend? Any info on types of connection available and rates would be great - im moving into a new apartment soon and need to get hooked-up.

I just hooked up through PCCW. quick and painless. HK253 including some TV channels. also hooked up the phone at the same time and got 500 minutes free calls each month to Australia. happy with that!
