Moving to Tuen Mun

Hi, I will be moving in mid-August with my wife to Teun Mun and I am looking for either a furnished or serviced apartment near Lingnan University or transportation points. Any suggestions as time is of the essence. Also I cannot afford more than 7500HK per month.

Not many people on this forum are familiar with Tuen Mun so you may not get much response. I work in Tuen Mun but live in Sham Tseng. The Yuen Long - Jordan mini bus goes through Sham Tseng but stops at Sui Hong Light rail Station which is close to the university. I don't know of any serviced apartments in Tuen Mun or Sham Tseng but here in Sham Tseng you could get an apartment for that money with facitilies at either Bellagio or Ocean Point - these buildings are right on the water and could give you a better quality of life than living in Tuen Mun itself. Don't be afraid to negotiate as there are alot of empty apartments in these buildings.

There are plenty of furnished apartments around the Uni, no need to travel every day to Sham Tseng. Just visit the nearest Estate Agent nearby the Uni,isn't very difficult
