Are there nice flats in North Point area? By "nice" I mean new building with pool, gym, other amenities. Thank you!

As you will have already noticed, North Point is an older area so new buildings (nice or otherwise) are not common. You could look at La Place De Victoria which is pretty new and has a gym/pool. It's on King's Road.

There's Island Place - about 10 years old with all the facilites you mention. The one Claire suggests is the newest. One being constructed is Island Lodge - I expect it will be finished very soon. A swire property; you could check out the pre-sales.
Up the hill a bit is Pacific Pallisades. Going East is Grand Panorama and further East is Island Resort.
Not too many buildings as you describe in NP proper. More older, more spacious flats.

Provident Centre and City Garden are old, but have the facilities you mentioned.

Check out Le Sommet...about 7-8 Years old. 3 bedrooms will cost ard 23K and above (depends on how high the floor of the unit). Tower 1 will be able to get slightly cheaper rent than Tower 2.

We spend about USD500k in the past year promoting this site... I trust you will understand that we prefer not to offer free links to a site that attempts to compete with our property channel...

re black pearl's question:
'can you get 3 bed room flat for 10K to 11K in north point area.'...I think not, maybe a 1-bedroom flat at that price...a 3 bedroom place with even very small bedrooms should push you above/about 20-25k.

The OP was asking about 'nice' buildings with pool etc. in NP, but black pearl didn't specify the type of building. You can certainly get a 3 bedroom flat for 10 - 11K or less in North Point without much difficulty, you can also spend 25K or more if you like, it just depends what kind of building you want. Just go to an agent who knows the area and he/she will be able to show you what you can get for your budget.
