white lattice terrace surround

I've seen several pics on this site where a white lattice (cheap I hope!) surround for terraces - any idea where it comes from? each sheet seems to be around 3' x 3'.

cheeky, for retail, go down to flower market road in prince edward. brighten florist. they have inexpensive ones and other variations also.

I've just purchased 2 sheets of 8' x 4' white plastic latice for $220 each at a general hardware store in Yuen Long. It's a little more at gardening centres. Easy to cut with a jigsaw or similar.
