office rental: agent referal needed

I am looking for a small office (1000 to 1500sft), budget 15K inclusive, in Wanchai, older building (no big windows as light is a nuisance for the garments we are doing), anyone would have a good agent to recommand to me?

I am working with an agent right now for an office space his name is Gavin Cheng. he works for www.hongkongoffice.com. Go online to check what they have then ring them and ask for Gavin.
He is excellent . Helpful , not pushy , extremely likeable.

ohoh... i think it is not easy to find in Wanchai since you are asking for about $7-8 psf rental price .... This is not the normal average price in Wanchai but in Western District or Shaukeiwan
