leaving hk before end of lease

hello! i'm leaving hong kong at the end of october, for good. my one year contract with my landlord hasn't expired yet and i'm looking for someone to take it over. any idea where to place the ad, if possible for free? asiaxpat only takes agents. the flat is not very expensive and on hong kong island.
