Just wondering if anyone has used a good lawyer that is familiar with the ins and outs of purchasing a village house. I hear it is not as simple as purchasing an apartment.
you are correct, appointing a lawyer with no village house experience will delay the proceedings perhaps by months, as my brother in law discovered, and he is still paying interest on all the bridging loans he took out to cover that period......and nearly lost the sale because it was taking too long. EDMUND W.H. CHOW & CO. did my village house without any trouble.
