Centrestage & Hollywood terrace

Just wondering if any one has any comments about Centre stage and Hollywood terrace? How are the aprtments -bathrooms -kitchens general noise levels what ever you think I'd need to know if I was considering moving there.

Centrestage has very small bedrooms.

The location of them both is fantastic - couldnt be better. I live in Hollywood Terrace and love it there. Centre stage has excellent facilties and better mod cons in the apts, but Hollywood Terrace isnt bad either and is a lot cheaper. Centre Stage has balconies which Hollywood terrace doesnnt have. Hope this helps.

Location-wise it is a very very nice place to be. IMHO, having a usable terrace/balcony is also a big plus for a small apartment. The traffic is unlikely to drown out the air-con, but you should test out the open-window noise acceptability level only by visiting an apartment to listen for yourself.

Does Centre Stage rent or is it just for purchase. If they do, what are the rents like?

CentreStage apartments for rent will be separately owned either by individuals or companies. There is 1 currently for rent through landfortune at 33k for 1060 sq ft.
