How do you go about finding a village house to rent? I'm interested in Tseung Kwan O.

go to a property agent and ask to see village houses. you can try agents in Hang Hau village(not the mtr station). tell them the areas that you are interested in and your budget. they should be able to show you some right away.

Go to Central Plaza 1, 2 or 3 in Po Lam and talk to the agents. I rented a village house (Second Floor 3 bedrooms etc - very nice condition in Tseung Kwan O Upper Village) for $5,500. I think it would be a bit more now. Maybe $6,500. It takes a bit longer to get one but they hunt around for you etc.

you can try to go to tung chung, theres a lot of village houses close to government housing . they are cheap and the way of transportation is very convenient as well. i have a village flat maybe you can have a look,there are two bed rooms and one bed room is already occupied,if your interested you can share with my friend who is now staying.leave a message .thanks

except chris that tung chung is clear the other side of HK from TKO....

there are villages in polam (2), and hang hau (2 or 3??) but none near the TKO MTR station. check out if there are any realtors actually in the villages as they would probably be the best to use.

also lambada there is no "central plaza" in po lam. did you mean metro city?

where are the 60 new village houses going to be built?
