Clear Water Bay

We are thinking of moving out to Clear Water Bay when our lease is up. Does anyone have any recommendations for houses/complexes, etc., preferably with a pool and play area for children. Our budget is around 40-50K

The Razor Hill area has complexes with these type of facilities where you should be able to find something appropriate.

Thanks ken and ldavy. ldavy, i think you may have sent the pm to someone else, as there is nothing there when I checked. There is a "Speck" on the list as well which is not me, I'm the one with the s on the end. Sorry for the hassle, would you mind sending again. Thanks!
