Dirty water in Flat on Bonham

I'm considering moving into a flat in Cartwright Gardens at 1 Bonham Rd. Noticed the water is brown. Has anyone else in the area noticed that? What can be done about it/

I would suggest you dont move into a building with brown water - it usually means rusty pipes and it may be a while before they change the pipes.
