Hi All,

I need help. My friend and I are looking at renting either SK or CWB but we are not familar with the area, therefore would appreciate very much fi someone here can give some some ideas.

1) Which is closer to the MRT station?
2) Which has a nicer environmat/ apt with Expat communicaty?
3) Any decent apt around 800~1000 (2 bedrooms)with tidy clean simple renovated and proper working water pipe ( no leaking issue etc...) ?
4) Can we have broadband TV and wireless internet?
5) can someone recommend which estate/ area we should look into with above conditions?
6) How's Jade Villa?

We are thinking of going there this weekend to have a look so early responses would be great.

1. Clearwater bay
2. Both have something special - Sai kung has the village, CWB is more residential / expensive
3. There are plenty of decent places around
4. Yes - we moved into the 21st century last week
5. Jade villa is nice, Floral Villas,Other villages you could look at Nam Shan, Nam Wai, just behind peperoni's, also marina Cove. Not sure there is much apartment living in CWB other than in villages.

Pak Kong New Village, Che Keng Tuk, Wong Chuk Wan, Ho Chung, Lung Mei Tsuen, Ta Ho Tun, Kei Ling Ha are all also offering flats available not that could appeal to you.
