Apartment in Bellagio

Kindly advise is there an expat popullation residing in Bellagio and how is the surrounding area like ??? Are there any good resturants / shopping place nearby. Finally is it a good place to invest.

I have seen expats in Bellagio, not too many but they exist. The area is mainly local, it has many famous goose restaurants and a new international park n shop across the road.

The Gold Coast is only 10 mins away on the bus and there a loads of expats there.
