Looking for rental properties in Causeway and Happy Valley area - could someone recommend a good agent?

How much is the fee for property agent?

They ususally charges 1 month, but most accept 1/2 month if you negotiate with them bfore you sign any documents...

Normally the landlord and the tenant will each pay 50% of 1 month's rental to the agent (total 1 month). You will also put down three months rental on agreement: 2 months deposit + 1 month rental in advance. I would recommend try all the agents with properties in the area but be clear as poss re requirements to avoid overload and excess shoe leather wear.
