Villa Elegance

I am considering moving into a flat at Villa Elegance on Robinson Road. I'd appreciate hearing input on this building / mangement? Good and bad.

My friend lived in that building about 8 years ago.
Her two complaints were that she could hear the monkeys every morning.
Also, sometimes the inside of her flat would get wet when there was a typhoon or heavy rain.

The staff in the building were always very helpful.
