buying/minor renovating village house sai kung

Hi all,

We have just seen a nice village house in Sai Kung. Good views etc. The house is fairly new, less than 4 years old, but twe would like to change the internal lay- out a bit, bigger kitchen, and a paint job. Could any one recommend someone who could do this for us, and perhaps oversee it as well, because we both work away a fair bit.
