How much should I expect to pay for legal fees when buying a new house?

I'm currently looking to buy a place in the region of $2.5 million, in he Sheung Wan or possibly Wan Chai region in case that affects anything.

i got charged HK$7.5k, but that included dealing with an existing tenancy agreement and various indemnities.
