Buying on Lamma Island

Hello,
Does anyone have some buying experience on Lamma. It seems there are not many houses, or two level flats on the market.
Any suggestions to go about, any contacts that we could approach? Any special advise?
We are basically looking for either a whole house or two flats in a 3 story house (to have either the garden or the roof top)
