On a Budget looking for larger Sqf

Hi,

We are expecting our first child shortly and would like some advice on areas to life for SIZE as we currently live in 600sqf and we are finding it difficult with just us!

We would preferably like some of the below:
 18,000 to 24,000 per month (Our budget)
 2 to 3 Bedrooms
 Around 1000 sqf
 Minimum partly renovated
 Don’t mind older buildings
 Don’t mind any level
 Bedrooms with closets preferred
 Prefer larger rooms

If you could offer any advice on areas on HK Island, building names or rental agents ect we would really appreciate it.

Personally love TKL / TKO / Hang Hau. Get way more for your money -mtr to Quarry Bay 7 mins or 25 to Central.
Get a great place with great clubhouse for 12-15k. The midland agents are good out there.
