Kitchen renovation

I am looking to renovate my kitchen by taking out two walls. Thing is that on one wall is the gas water heater and the other has the power box. Has anyone had any experience in moving these? Also any recommendations for reasonable english speaking contractors for work in mid-levels?

We built about 40-60 Kitchens per year and on most of them we have to relocate the MCB and Gas Meter. it's not a problem.
