village house property lawyer

Can anyone recommend a solicitor who deals with village houses. I am buying one in Sai Kung. Also, could I get a rough estimate of charges as I have been quoted hugely different prices by different lawyers and am not sure what the going rate is!

We used Raymond Chan, Kenneth Yuen and Co. Solicitors for the purchase of our village house (contact Bruce Ko on tel 2836 3667). They were recommended to us by our Sai Kung based agent and Bruce Ko was very efficient. We had three separate sale and purchase agreements because we were buying three floors from three different vendors so our purchase involved quite a lot of paperwork but as a guide we paid $6000 in fees (excluding disbursements) for each floor. This included assignment fees and mortgage processing costs.
