My photo was used by a property agent for her other property

a few weeks ago, i had sent some pictures taken by myself on a new development building to a property agent who had promised to put an ad outside the window of their shop.
today, I found that no ad (concerning my flat) had been put outside the window of the shop. However, I discovered an ad with one of my pictures ( which had been taken when i was standing on the roof of that development), indicating a much lower price and another flat's indoor pictures.
FYI, I had waited for the best moment (as early as 7 in the morning, the only day of the week which had nice weather) to take the pictures.
What would you do if you were me ?

I would ask them to remove it and if they don't I would take it myself

If there is a much lower price available in your development, the agent would certainly advertise this property, but he/she shouldn't be using your picture without your consent.
Why would you put up a price higher than others? A better view, better floor level, better layout, decoration? Ask the agent how many listings are there on the market with similar quality, know your rank and position.
Price advertisement is only used s a mean to attract customers, they might also introduce your property after showing the lower price one, (which could be in lower quality) then your picture is not taken for nothing.
Pretend a customer by phone enquiry, ask how many available on market, what's the best buy, see if they mention your property.
