Sae Kung Apt - looking for Aug

Anybody have a lease expiring in a place in Sae Kung that is larger than 700 square feet? We'll be moving in August, but would like to get something settled soon, if possible.

Looking for ideas and suggestions, but quite set on the idea of living in a village near Sae Kung or even right in the town.
