Classical Gardens

My family and I will be moving to HK in August from New Zealand.

We are wanting to live at Woodland Crest Complex in Sheung Shui but may have to live in Tai Po becasue of Kindergartens. We were recommended Classical Gardens apartments in Tai Po. Does anyone have any information about rental costs here?

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 little boys. The apartment we are wanting to rent in Sheung Shui has 3 bedrooms, Helper's room, 2 bathrooms, and is about 950 sq ft. The complex facilities are fantastic and it is gated so there is no fear of our boys getting squashed by cars. The rent is about $15 000. If we can get something similar in Tai Po then that would be even better.

I have had a look at a few real estate sites but it's not as useful as first hand information.
