Hi everyone,

Can anybody give me an estimate on how much the a flat in old building of 5 to 8 story cost in regions like sham shui po..Wan chai...to kwa wan...Hung hom...lei chi kok...What will be the min to max range.

Also can anyone advise me how to purchase second hand public housing flats specailly around kowloon side ...

Depending on condition and assuming space <500sq ft, then ~ a range of 1.5m-3.0m with an ajustment to 2.25-3.5m for Wanchai.
