hello all,
I just need some advice.
I'm thinking about buying a property in a few months time for my own use. I'm a balchelor and for the future it would be ideal to have a two bedroom apt.
One bed (575 sq ft)would cost 130K
Two bedroom (750 sq ft) cost 200K
this is based on 5% downpayment and stamp duty, legal and estate agent fees.
My question would a one bedroom appreciate in value the same or similar to a two bedroom? Coz after some time I would need a bigger place anyway.
Also is it easier to rent out a one bedroom compared to a two bedroom?
As you know its the Stamp duty for a two bedroom that takes most of the chunk.
