Hi All,
I've read some time back that there is often a smell (of sewage?) in the Olympic area, especially in the summer but maybe all year. Any comments on this? Apologies if there is a recent thread on this that I missed.
I'm hoping it got somewhat better over time or that it's been blown out of proportion.

I live almost next door, in The Long Beach. In my flat, it has never, ever been a problem - But then I am on a high floor, facing South East, so you would not expect it
I have heard a few complaints from people with flats facing the sea, and especially on lower floors. When I do jogging along the sea, I sometimes a smell - which is unpleasant but not over-powering. My sense is, it is becoming less and less a problem, over time.
In OSS, it would probably depend on which way your flat faces, and what floor it is on
