Hi there, thanks for whoever clicked in and view my post.
I got a default record(a $60k loan) in Australia and now my girl friend is kinda frocing me to buy my own property in Hong Kong before we get married.... (I supposed you know what it means)
I don't know if my bad credit record would affect the morgage thing, I asked 2 banks and none of them could give me a clear answer but asked for my details.
I really dun feel like to do all the hard works like searching for properties, solicitors, blah blah blah and then got the morgage refused by banks.
Please help. I appreciate your time.
