Office rental is too expensive for my new business and wallet....any good recommendations? I don't mind working with other people, just as long as the place is quiet. Coffee shop doesn't work for me as there is too much distraction. Preferably an office on the island side! Thanks.

I got one for ya. Wynd Co-working Space on Wyndham Street near LKF has a new startup package. If you are a new business that has been established for under 1 year, you're good to join the package for just HK$2,000 a month. I know this because I was there for an event. I would recommend you to hire a professional broker to help you out on the entire office leasing process and make sure you rent the right office space and a fair deal on the lease. You can also consider some listing sites of Hong Kong offices for rent like JLL Property (http://www.jllproperty.com.hk/) or CBRE (http://www.cbre.com/).
