Causway Bay

I am thinking of relocating to Hong Kong and am currently looking for a place to live. I have noticed that the apartments in Causway Bay are quite a lot cheeper than those elsewhere in HK. Is there a reason why there is such a difference in price? I am looking to buy rather than rent.

Cwb is the heart of the city,some people think its too much huzzle and buzzle to live there,thats why its cheaper.

Causeway Bay is busy and buzzy, but the traffic can be heavy on some roads...somewhere near Victoria Park would be nice.
