Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum, so please go easy on me!
My wife, little baby and I are moving to Yeun Long this August. Please could you advise on the approx cost of renting a two bedroomed apartment either in Yeun Long or close by?
Our budget is fairly tight (salary is 16.000 a month), but my wife is Asian and I have never lived the expat lifestyle.
In addition, could anybody let me know what the approx costs would be for running such an apartment (electric, cable, telephone, food etc)?
Your help is much appreciated and hope to buy you all a drink or two in a few months time.

I'm afraid that my post is almost seven years old, so doesn't apply anymore. We didn't move to Yuen Long in the end. We have lived in Lam Tin since 2007 and now pay a shocking 25k month. Good luck!

And I think they will be completed within a few months.
