Hi I am moving to Hung Hom this week and I am looking for a painter / decorator who is reasonable. Can anyone recommend one??

My Apartment size is 1000 sf net and budget is around $25-$30k

Mama Wong did ours, can't remember the name of her company but I can e-mail you her number. She's great, and if she couldn't do something, she knew a man who could- got a plasterer who did a great job, $700 for a full day, inc. materials - I think you'd pay that for an hour in London! And her English was pretty good, and she's been back since to fix things like leaky toilets for barely the cost of materials. E-mail me if you'd like her number. Will see if I can dig out an old invoice & post the office number here.

$700 a day by Mama Wong is a really good price. How an I get her number? Hope she's not a grandmother, and planning to paint herself?

Many thanks Bruce but ideally I would like to employ a local painter and decorator as I have a three bedroom flat to be decorated throughout, in the shortest time possible. I speak a reasonable amount of Cantonese so have no problems with language.
