Pinklet - have a look through the Top 5 favourite restaurants discussion on this forum - quite recent - should give you an idea.
my choice would be:
The Pressroom (incl the wine and cheese place on the side of it) and Tribute - these two are in Soho. Otherwise, I think M at the Fringe is the best!
