New Restaurants

I am a big fan of the HK restaurant scene, but am starting to feel like I've been everywhere! Can anyone recommend a recently opened restaurant that I may not have tried?

Well there's been a slew of openings over in Kowloon of late - notably Italian restaurants. Spasso on the 4th floor of Harbour City/Ocean Terminal. Cucina at the Marco Polo. Joia on the rooftop of Elements mall. ...then island side there's Simpatico on the Peak. Those are the ones that seem to be getting the most shout at least. Eaten at Joia and Spasso in the last month and enjoyed both very much bearing in mind they have both only been open a month or so so still some rough edges to be ironed out.

How about the Watermark at Star Ferry Pier?
Have you been to the Press Room (new ish??)? and Classified after for a plate of yummy cheese?
Also, how about onethirtyone ( I know it's not new, but it a great place)?
