I HAVE GUESTS FROM QATAR AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ANY OTHER HALAL RESTAURANT IN YUEN LONG BESIDES SHAFFIS. ANY RECOMMENDATION?

Try to get in touch with the Mosk in Tsim Sha Tsui (MTR Tsim Sha Tsui, exit Kowloon park / Mosk), they should be able to help you, especially if you want to try some Chinese & Hallal food.
I remember seeing the Hallal sign on some Indonesian and Indian restaurants, but can't remember which.
Last resort, go for the Vegetarian restaurants (ex. in Peking n°1 building in TST) or Fish only restaurants....
