There are two Inagiku's in Hong Kong as you know, one is at Royal Garden and the other (newer premises) is at Four Seasons. Well, since I loved Royal Garden Inagiku, I tried the one at Four Seasons during my trip to H.K. this time. Although tempura is their specialty, chef Morihara's kaiseki course is also great! I loved the freshest ingredients nicely prepared by the chef as well as the beautiful chinaware they use. Both the chef and the manager were kind enough to fulfill my somewhat troublesome (LOL) requests regarding the menu. Very satisfactory.
