What does everybody think of Red Bar + Restaurant in IFC 2!! I personally think it is a fanstastic place but what do you all think

The setting is absolutely fabulous and very stylish. Big eaters might be dissapointed because the portions are relatively small, but ideal for healthy life style seekers and ladies. And the wide range of drinks is also very good.
Ideal for a date!

Great interior decorating. i had the bbqued tuna. it was nice but nothing to write home about. i would definitely recommend it for a drink on the deck.

definitely a good place to party. You won't be disapointed. just go and check it out. of course, pure fitness members get a 10% discount.
when you order a bbq dish. it comes three extra sides(corn, spinach and ?). Honestly though, the food wasn't the best.

Would be great if we had RED or some other restaurant on Super Mondays... we havent got any outlets in IFC so I am sure if one came on there'd be a lot of people dropping by on Mondays after work from IFC and Exchange Square...

If anyone drops by feel free to suggest this to the managment - of if you have a favourite restaurant in another location please mention this... this promo is a big money spinner for participating outlets.

Red could definitely benefit from super mondays. it isn't that busy then and they would probably sell their share of drinks to go along with dinner.
what is going on with kathmandu? they are still advertising on this page, but they are shut down. Are they opening up in another location. I really enjoyed going to that restaurant.

kathmandu is closed - probably a victim of massive rent hikes... blowfish (which was always packded and had GREAT Japanese food at reasonable prices) recently closed too but are looking for a new space...

Have RED give us a call if you are in touch - its only a token 1k/month to participate on the SM deal.... some of these restaurants are getting full houses on Mondays...

I use Super Mondays vouchers too. You can see the good looking crowds on Mondays in certain restaurants and I ask the waiters how many of us are using the vouchers, they almost always say that most of are! Thanks Ed.

Well in any case, that place looks GREAT. You should go have a drink at their bar to see for yourself. Very stylish and comfy too. I would definitely go there again.
