Tea Houses....

When I go to Singapore, my hosts usually take me to a "traditional" tea house where you can select your own tea leaves and brew them at the table for consumption. Anyone know of anywhere like that in Hong Kong....?

There is a Tea House in Hong Kong Park on Cotton Tree Drive. You can also get to it by taking the escalator above Seibu in Pacific Place. There is also a Tea Musuem there which is free to visitors. A nice Thai restuarant in the open air is also next door. The surroundings are very green and nice.
