Can anyone recommend a good Swiss restaurant in HK that does good traditional cheese fondue. I seem to recall someone mentioning one in TST. Many thanks

Best cheese fondue I have had in HK came from Chesa (the Swiss restaurant at the Peninsula). Another alternative is the Swiss Chalet (12-14 Hart Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui).

Was in Chesa on saturday and had a great meal. Well worth a visit.

Chesa is a good restaurant for fondue, but newly opened 'The Press Room" also has fondue.

my favourite is Swiss Chalet in TST. beats Chesa in my opinion!
