Leading on from this thread - http://hongkong.asiaxpat.com/forums/speakerscorner/threads/92684.asp - here is a user-compiled list of Bars and Restaurants in HK that don't add on that ridiculous mandatory 10% "service charge" [Ed - please move this to a more appropriate forum if it's in the wrong place]

1. Delaneys, Wan Chai
2. Dublin Jack, LKF


I think Taco Loco on the escalator also has no SC, but can someone clarify this please?
